When an e-mail enters a Trio queue, a timestamp is inserted to the Trio call record, when the agent has handled the email, the record is added to the Trio text file which can be several days after that the email entered the queue.

Example

Two If two e-mails entered a queue on day 1, the first email I handled on day 2 after it had entered the queue, and the second is email handled on day 4 after it had entered the queue.

If you look into the Meridix statistics for day 1, two days after it the emails had entered the queue, you will find 1 one handled email in Meridix. If you look at the same day (day 1) after six days, you will find 2 two handled emails in Meridix. The reason for this is that the call record is accessible to Meridix first after that the call has been handedhandled. This can be confusing for Such cases can confuse the user of the Meridix statistcsstatistics.
