Meridix Basic

When you have ordered Touchpoint Statistics the ordered Meridix Basic the following steps need to be performed to get access to the system.

1. You will receive an e-mail with details about how to verify your account and create a personal password.
2. Once you have created your password you will be redirected to Touchpoint Statistics log to Meridix Basic log in page.
3. Log in to Touchpoint Statistics with to Meridix Basic with your e-mail address and the password you created in the previous step.

Touchpoint Statistics is Meridix Basic is an easy to use yet powerful report generator that gives you the ability to create reports for your organizations communication. The results can be used to improve your customer service, create better schedules for you personnel as well as help you to communicate more efficiently both internally as well as with external parties.

When you log in into the system you will be redirected to the start page. From this page you have easy access to the different parts of Touchpoint StatisticsMeridix Basic.

Click on the start screen icons or use the menu to access the different parts of the system.

Statistics Basic Meridix Basic - Go to the Statistics Basics reports.

Statistics Extended Meridix Advanced - Go to the Statistics Extended reportsthe Meridix Advanced reports. If your account does not have access to Statistics Extended it to Meridix Advanced it will be displayed as disabled when clicked.
