Meridix inserts data to the Meridix database from a Trio text file when Meridix receive or fetch the file from the Trio system when it is available.
When an e-mail enters a Trio queue a timestamp is inserted to the Trio call record, when the agent has handled the email the record is added to the Trio text file which can be several days after that the email entered the queue.
Example
Two e-mails entered a queue day 1 the first email I handled day 2 after it entered the queue and the second is handled day 4 after it entered the queue.
If you look into the Meridix statistics for day 1, two days after it entered the queue you will find 1 handled email in Meridix. If you look at the same day (day 1) after six days you will find 2 handled emails in Meridix. The reason for this is that the call record is accessible to Meridix first after that the call has been handed. This can be confusing for the user of the Meridix statistcs.
