Dstny Analytics has support for hierarchical groups i.e. multi level group both in the catalog and in the report results. The groupings used can be synchronized from any external source through Dstny Analytics Catalog API i.e. it's possible to base the reporting on the organization structure in Active Directory or any other proprietary system. This feature allows customers to create organization or sub organization level reports and easily locate bottlenecks and visualize communication patterns.

All the values are accumulated upwards i.e. the root group contains a summary of all its direct children and sub groups values, this makes pinpointing for example the source of a given value e.g. the user/group/acd etc. that has a lot of missed calls easy even in very large organizations trees.

The grouping is available both in the catalog and in the actual report result if a the groupings Groups or Groups and objects are selected. It also works with any report type, so it works equally well for users/extensions as for very large contact centers or for smaller organizations with complex organization reporting requirements.
