The Platform User Interface (UI)

At the start page of the service, you find different kind of information and shortcuts in the system. Depending on the user level, what license (basic or advanced), and the features your organization has in your system, the start page will appear a bit different.

This is an example start page for a user with basic license:

Open

1. Main menu that provides access to all the parts of the system

2. Search for anything within the system, for example a specific agent or report

3. Set the preferred startpage shown at user login

4. News and updates from the system owner

5. Shortcut to Views, showing the total volume of calls for all queues or users

6. Shortcuts to different parts of the system, also shows your most used reports and Dashboards

7. Sign out
