D4SP Core - Demo environment support (fully obfuscated "real data") (AN-402)

In Dstny Analytics platform 5.4.0 you can create a demo customer with fully obfuscated data for demo, sales and training purposes. The anonymized data is based on a real customer's cdrs, so that the report and dashboard data look and feels authentic. It is important to note that the data shown under the demo customer context cannot be identified or traced, protecting the privacy and security of the actual customers in the system.

New or modified functionality

D4SP Core - Command task to scaffold a demo customer mapped to real data (AN-482)

A command task has been added that automatically creates a demo customer for D4SP Core. The command task requires an existing customer to map from and is set by x in the command
[storage id].ExecuteModuleCommand -m TelepoBcs -c GenerateDemoCustomer -i x

Client - System API tickets updated UI (AN-326)

System API ticket page have a new UI.

D4SP Core - Add property to hide measurement object identifier for user id measurement object type (AN-497)

There is now an option to hide object identifiers for user id measurement objects.

The property is TelepoBcsUserId.hide_measurement_object_identifier and can be set on customer level or higher. It is false by default.

Zisson - Add single value average queue time widget for queue report (AN-496)

Widgets showing average queue times have been added.

Zisson - Callboard widget - Add option to show total row (AN-516)

The Zisson callboard widget for queues now have to option to show the total row.

Resolved issues

Zisson - Callbacks not shown correct (AN-506)

Some cases of callback calls where incorrectly interpreted as transferred calls. This has now been fixed.
