Highlights

My account and Saved reports UI facelift (AN-1004, AN-918, AN-1006)

UI and UX enhancement for the saved report list and editing page improves look-and-feel while making it easier to handle saved reports and schedules.

Additionally, admin-only pages like “Customers” and “System API tickets” also received UI/UX improvements. (AN-1429, AN-1278)

Easybell - Live data (AN-1284)

Support for live data from queues e.g. calls in queue, agent state etc. for Easybell (Dstny Germany).

Peoplefone module (AN-1111)

Dstny Analytics platform now supports and integrates towards Swiss based UCaaS provider Peoplefone.

UI - API tickets page should use the Page Layout component (AN-1278)

Resolved issues

Reference Dashboard - Saving from Options page removes background image (AN-1400)

Fixed bug where save could cause custom background image to be removed.

Views - Time columns does not shows values in single value block (AN-1496)

Time values was displayed as “-” regardless of value in Views.

API - create-signed-sso-url endpoint does not pick up reseller public_url (AN-1438)

The create signed sso url api endpoint now takes reseller custom host names into consideration when generating a login link.

Platform - Customer list page not loading on some platforms (AN-1429)

Customer list did not load when the customer had an incorrect/invalid timezone ID mapped.

Dashboard - Callboard list columns shows wrong values (AN-1380)

Dstny Core - Dashboard callboard widgets showed incorrect column names.

D4SP Core - Change how we interpret result = NOT_FOUND in specifications (AN-1358)

Dstny Core - Outgoing calls to nonexistent numbers where logged incorrectly. Now they will be categorized as outgoing unanswered calls with a message in the specification labeled as: “User not found”.

UI - QR Codes can be generated through unauthenticated URL (AN-1356)

QR codes cannot be created if unauthenticated or not called from a public dashboard.

When creating a feature set you are unable to copy unsaved feature sets (AN-1352)

Fixed UI/UX around when and how feature sets can be copied.

Platform - Live Dashboard Widget shows User Objects that are not selected in Widget (AN-1306)

Fixed invalid column loading based on widget configuration.

Platform - Public dashboard widgets absolute placement invalid vertical offset (AN-1263)

Fixed invalid vertical placement for absolute positioned widgets in public/shared dashboards.

Platform - Customer summary - Create CSV button does nothing (AN-1219)

The customer summary CSV export button did not work. This is now resolved.

Platform - Changing date in Basic reports sends an error message (AN-1218)

Resolved the issue with changing date for existing reports on the Basic report page.

Dstny Core - Forwarded calls specification redirected from when redirected by attendant group (AN-1184)

Now showing the correct caller ID in the From field in specifications.

Platform RESX - Finnish translations - (Wallboard Live Widget API) (AN-972)

Added missing Finnish translations to live widgets.

Audit log - .net object names are logged instead of log details (AN-852)

Fixed incorrect audit log details in audit logs for type of entity.

Dashboard - Flickers on initial load (additional content load) (AN-677)

Dashboard no longed flickers on initial load (i.e. widgets were reloaded after the initial load).

Platform - Saved reports receivers email addresses cannot end in .group or .expert (AN-121)

Email adresses can now end in .group

Platform - CLI command broken on certain SP (AN1443)

Resolved issue with the "ListSavedReportsForAllCustomers" command task that failed due to orphaned saved reports.

Live Wallboard - Widget settings - object selection buttons dysfunctional (AN-1393)

Fixed performance and logical error when loading external units for live widgets.

Zisson - Queue report return null reference exception (AN-1388)

Fixed crashing Zisson report bug.

Platform - Microsoft reporting returns an error when there is no data for a specific customer (AN1167)

When a tenant is configured but no data have been received the system now handles that interim scenario gracefully i.e. does not throw an exception due to missing tables for the tenant id.

Views - Scrolling on the Views page should exclude the Views menu. (AN-1106)

Fixed invalid/inconsistent scrolling behaviour on View page.

Dashboard - When refreshing page when editing a widget, edit page doesn't load correctly (AN-849)

Fixed a bug when doing a browser refresh while in edit mode for a widget.
