Basic reports

A basic report is a predefined report with a small number of selected columns that it makes sense to look at together. A basic report is a subset of the advanced report but hides most of the columns to be able to present an easy report that even inexperienced users can understand.Basic Reports do not support any other report grouping than bu total. However, they can be grouped in any interval you like. They are simple and straightforward yet powerful. 

When accessing a basic report the system displays a list where each module that is loaded into the system has a sub list with available basic reports.

  • Extension by id - Module
    • Answered – Abandoned – (Avg) Answer time - Basic report
    • Incoming – Redirected Basic report
  • Extension by customer no - Module
    • Answered – Abandoned – (Avg) Answer time - Basic report
    • Incoming – Redirected - Basic report
