Trio Attendant and ANA Busy calls
When an Telia Centrex exchange has a Trio Enterprise attendant multiple busy calls will be logged when the attendant puts a caller on wait when the user is busy. (the Trio systems does multiple calls to check the state of the called user).
To prevent these calls from affecting the report (multiple busy calls, which is correct from a technical perspective but its maby not desired when reporting) busy calls can be excluded from the report by setting the following property to True
centrex.ana.exclude_inc_busy_calls
