I don't see any measurement objects or groups when I have selected a basic report, why?
This happens when your account does not have the desired measurement object associated with the account. Contact the system administrator to get access to the correct measurement objects. Another common mistake is that the correct measurement objects are associated with the account but defined as the wrong type. For example, an attendant defined as an extension in the system (Meridix) will not be available when creating attendant reports.
