To edit an existing measurement collection point click on the Handle button on the right. 
The row changes and allows you to change the values. When you are done click on the Update link to the right to save the changes. You cannot remove an exchange a collection point that has subscribers measurement objects associated with it. To remove ameasurement point collection point you need to remove them first.
