This feature is in Beta and the final product may differ

We are continuously adding more optional widgets for presenting external data in Dashboard. Now it is possible to add your Ticket data from Zendesk to your Dashboard as well. Select Zendesk under “other content” when selecting a widget type to add content to your Dashboard. It is possible to present the ticket data in many different ways. Choose what ticket data to present and the layout of how to present it.

To be able to show Zendesk data in a Dashboard, users need to give Meridix reading access to their data. The first time a user adds Zendesk widgets to a Dashboard, they will be redirected to Zendesk to login. Once logged in they get asked to give consent for Meridix to access their data from Zendesk to present it in Dashboard. Once accepted, the data will be shown in their Dashboard.

The login is handled by Zendesk and Meridix does not store any credentials. Granted reading access can be withdrawn at any time by the user in their Zendesk account.

You find the Zendesk widgets under “Other content” when adding content to your Dashboard. Once selected Zendesk, options for different content and layout will appear to choose among.
