How to resend failed reports at previous dates

If a report has failed sending due to unrelated error to Studio service, follow this guide to reschedule it.

  1. Navigate to System Administration → Command prompt

  2. Type “RescheduleSavedReportForCustomer” and press Execute

  3. Follow the information on screen.
