Saved reports

A saved report, (a.k.a. subscription report) is a report the user has created with selected measurement objects, groupings and columns. For step-by-step guides on how to create an advanced report see the section Create an advanced report.

Upon saving an advanced report, you should give it a descriptive name, and add any number of recipients' email addresses.

You also need to define when it should be sent and what period the report should contain. You also have the choice to not have the report automatically sent, but save it as a template report which you later can execute or send on demand.

The period you select is always calculated based on the actual date the report is executed. See the list below:

Send options

First day every year	The report is sent at the given time on the first day of every year.
First day every month	The report is sent at the given time on the first day of every month.
Last day every year	The report is sent at the given time on the last day of every year.
Last day every month	The report is sent at the given time on the last day of every month.
Every day	The report is sent at the given time every day.
Mondays	The report is sent at the given time every Monday.
Tuesdays	The report is sent at the given time every Tuesday.
Wednesdays	The report is sent at the given time every Wednesday.
Thursdays	The report is sent at the given time every Thursday.
Fridays	The report is sent at the given time every Friday.
Saturdays	The report is sent at the given time every Saturday.
Sundays	The report is sent at the given time every Sunday.
Weekdays	The report is sent at the given time every weekday (Monday to Friday)

The send time can be set to any full hour of the day.

Interval option

Last number of years	The generated report will contain data for the number of years (365*years) specified. Leap years are counted as 366.
Last number of months	The last number of months. If the report is sent on April 2:th set to contain one month, it will include data from the 2:th of March.
Last number of weeks	The last number of weeks (7*week) from the date when it's sent.
Last number of days	The last number of days from the date when it's sent.
Last year	The last year (365 days) from the date when it's sent.
Last month	The last month from the date when it's sent.
Last week	The last seven days from the date when it's sent.
Last day	The day before the report is sent.
Previous month	If sent in the middle of the month it will still contain the entire previous month.
Today	Contains the data for the current day up until the current time of day.

In addition to recipients' email addresses, UNC paths can be added to where the report should be saved. Note that when specifying a UNC path, it must be accessible from the server where the system is installed. (Not only from the user's desktop).
