Two-factor authentication

Meridix Platform offers three alternatives for two-factor authentication (2FA):

  • E-mail

  • Mobile phone number

  • OTP/Authenticator app

Depending on what system settings (which are set by the system manager) and permissions you have, it may vary which one of these alternatives you are able to choose between.

To require two-factor authentication

If you want to enable 2FA to your login, given you have the permission to choose this, you can activate 2FA under the security settings at my account.

Check the box for require two-factor authenticator. If it is cheched and you wish to remove 2FA - just uncheck the box and save your changes.
