If enabled by the Zendesk widgets will be available to choose for users when adding content to the Dashboard
The first time the user adds a Zendesk widget they will be redirected to Zendesk to login and asked to accept that Meridix can access their data.
Meridix does not store any credentials and the login is handled by Zendesk. The read access granted can be withdrawn at any time by the user in their Zendesk account.
The widgets can show ticket data in many different ways.
