You can use an existing report as a template for another saved report , since it is possible to modify an existing report and save it as a copy:
Open the report you want to use as a template from the saved reports list.

Modify the report’s name and the columns, measurement objects, scheduling etc as you desire.

At the bottom of the page, click the Save as a new saved report button. You will once again get the chance to edit the name.
...
Going back to the the saved reports list, you will find your newly added report.
