If you want to You can use an existing report as a template for new reports, since it is possible to open modify an existing report and make the changes you want. For example, you can change the receivers.save it as a copy:
Open the report you want to use as a template from the saved reports list.

Modify the report’s name and the columns, measurement objects, scheduling etc as you desire.

At the bottom of the page, click the Save as a new saved report button. You will once again get the chance to edit the name.
