D4SP Core Live Wallboard - Default queue values for 2-4 queues

should be another then the first queue for all different queues

For D4SP Core Live wallboard the default selected queues are no longer just the top

queue but next one if selecting a predefined Dashboard with more than one queue.

D4SP Core Live Wallboard - RESX Localization and translation

D4SP Live Wallboard now supports additional languages [Danish (da), German (de),

Dashboard - Performance issue - Cache and widget

content locking issue (AN-336)

Performance improvements for systems with high load of requests

Engine - Specification disk buffer file not removed

and created even when buffer limit is not reached

Performance improvement. Caused reports being very slow to execute over time.

Zylinc – User by Id Statistics report "Agent idle -

busy" ERROR: Value was either too large or to

small for a Decimal (AN-424)

Fixed a bug in the Zylinc user report when calculating agent idle vs busy time

API updates

Platform - Call Specification does not show who the

call was answered by (AN-412)

The call case does now show the agent answering the call.

Zylinc - shows not correct values for calls that are

in queue when the report is made (AN-404)

Calls that are currently waiting to be answered ar no longer shown as unanswered in

reports.

Telavox - Does not show all data if only

measurement is done for one hour for time

grouping 60 minutes (AN-400)

The bug was specific to reports that covered a time period of exactly one hour. It is

now fixed so the whole hours data is shown when doing a one hour report.

Views - Barchart block creates multiple stacked

item in same serie. (AN-391)

The barcharts in views are now grouped correctly so it is easy to view the total number

of answered/unsanswered calls etc.

Dashboard - Outer header not shown for some

widgets (AN-390)

Outer headers does now work as intended.

UI - Dashboard - There is no margin at the top

when you shrink a value widget (AN-388)

For certain sizes of widgets containing only one value the top of the value was cut off.

This has now been fixed.

Platform - Delete customer reference error for

public shared tokens and cascade error on multi

level groups (AN-372)

Fixed a bug where sometimes the customer could not be deleted.

Locks on API calls (AN-370)

Fixed a bug introduced in 5.2.1 HF where some API calls got locked and was never

released preventing the user from multiple requests.

Dashboard - Pie chart widget do not show labels of

sections that are zero (AN-359)

Piecharts now show labels on categories that have zero as value.

Plattform - Cannot create a copy of a saved report

unless you are an administrator (AN-355)

Fixed a bug where non-admin users could not copy saved reports.

D4SP Core - Outgoing External calls in the user

report cannot be found in the call specification

Fixed a bug where some external calls was not identifed as external in specifications.

Service - Scheduled reports are blocked by ongoing

scheduled report execution (console mode) (AN349)

Fixed a bug where saved report executions blocked future scheduling. Caused reports

on some system to be sent out much later than scheduled.

UI - After a public Dashboard is loaded a error is

thrown on legacy login page (AN-342)

Fixed a bug where on legacy setup loading a public Dashboard caused so the user

could not access the login page.

Dashboard - Dashboards owned by deleted users

cannot be claimed (AN-341)

Fixed a bug where Dashboards could not be taken over if they had no owner.

Widget in Dashboard for total handled time shows

incorrect time (AN-323)

Small UI bug where 7:08 was shown as 7:8 when time was more than 24 hours.

D4SP Core - Garbled characters of messages from

Aineo in mail exported (AN-314)

Fixed a bug where the emails in Japanese language did not show correct characters.

Saved reports - Cannot change ownership of saved

reports (AN-311)

Fixed a bug where ownership of a saved report could not be changed in some

situations.

UI - LastPass auto fill problem (could be same for

other password managers) (AN-287)

Fixed so that Lastpass does not fill in some fields on application settings page.

Dashboard - Arrow toggle buttons shown even

when only one Dashboard is available (AN-273)

Changed behvaiour of the arrow toggle buttons to only toggle between a users own

private Dashboards.

2FA - Configure two factor authentication rise to

misunderstandings (AN-261)

Mobile number is no longer selectable if mobile 2FA is not available on the system.

Dashboard - When a public Dashboard is no longer

public the open screens using the public link

should display a page showing it is no longer

active. It now shows 404 insted (AN-256)

Improved the UI for when users open public Dashboard links that no longer exists.
