Updated user interface

With an updated UI, it is now easier and more straightforward to navigate the Meridix platform. The start page has become more efficient with quick access to the platform's most common functions.

Redesigned start page with search box

The start page has become more effective with shortcuts to users' most common features in the platform and with a new search function, which assists admins and users in quickly finding what they are looking for.

Extended theming possibilities

The redesigned login and start pages allow adding your graphics, logo and brand colours - we will assist with the theming before the update to 5.0.

News section

The news section on the start page allow you get a channel to reach out to the users directly on the platform. System owners write the news themselves and can link to external pages for further information.

The feature has multilingual support, so it's possible to present a post in several different languages. The language of the post depends on the user's account settings.

Meridix Systems will also publish news for partners to easily republish, and share with their customers.

Microsoft Teams Module

The Teams module works in the same powerful way as any other service module in the Meridix Platform. All features and functions available in the other service modules are also compatible with the Teams module.

The Teams module is included in the advanced license for the Meridix platform. Service providers have the opportunity to enable customers to activate the module from an action on the start page, through a self-service flow.

New default settings

Some features included in Advanced license will be activated by default when the system is updated. However, our partners will always have the option to NOT activate any of these features.
