Introduction

Meridix MiCloud Telepo Wallboard (MMTW) is a web application that builds on top of the Telepo End User APIs and is meant to allow a user to visualize their queues (ACD and Attendant) in an easy and configurable way.

The application is primarily designed for larger monitors such as wall mounted TV screens but are also responsive and has been built to support touch devices such as iPads or smartphones.

The authentication and authorization are built around the Telepo end user ticket system so to be able to create wallboards an end user need to have a ticket from their Telepo system and have the correct number of licenses granted to their domain in the MMTW administration section. The queues that a user can create wallboards for are decided by the Telepo ticket used, but there is also an option to limit the wallboard access to a subset of client IP addresses in the MTTW administration section.

Parts

The system is built up by two parts, the end user section, and the system administration section. The latter is used by Service Providers to allocate new licenses to customers and create other system level accounts.

Branding

The product is a white label solution from Meridix so all documentation and resources in the documentation use a generic branding and vocabulary which may not reflect your company's setup but all topics described here is applicable to all installations.
