Views for end users

Historically, to get any data from the analytics platform, the user needed to first create a basic or advanced report. This often includes some action to take and decisions to make; what measurement objects should I look for, at what dates, and do agents and queues data get presented in the same report?

Views provide the user with a quick glimpse of real data right at the start page of the platform. With only one click, the user gets an overview of predefined KPIs for all its data measurements. For example, a user within a company that uses Telepo as a communication service gets one View of all their incoming calls for all queues, one View for all users' data, and one View for all IVRs data. A Teams View presents all meetings and calls for all users of Teams.

From views, the user can go directly to a basic or advanced report, or quickly create a Dashboard based on the Views statistics.

Click on the report you’d like to open and you will get directly to the report presenting that data.

From Views to Dashboard

 

Click on the Dashboard symbol to open your Views data in a new Dashboard
Create a basic Dashboard right away, or modify it after your needs in the Dashboard Wizard.
Now you got a Dashboard that you can continue to modify and add more data, or just share it with your colleagues as it is.
