Support for returning multiple units when there are multiple matches on an external ID (non-unique field). API updates:

The following unit APIs will change return type and will return an array instead of a single object.

Resolved issues

Platform - Create a new Feature Set does not work (AN-1351)

Feature set could not be created in the UI if the new feature set was not saved first. This is now resolved.

API - Invalid grouping mapping in the result when not explicitly defined (AN-1210)

The report API result contained invalid grouping, for example, Time under all Grouping sections) unless explicitly stated in the payload.

Security - XSS vulnerability on system logs page (AN-1353)

Resolved the issue with XSS vulnerability with customer names that contained, for example, script tags on the system log page.

Reseller administrators cannot access features without correct feature set (AN-1302)

Resellers should not use the context customer feature set when administrating other customer within the reseller.

Broadworks - Resx missing for Basic report names (IVR and Call center) (AN-1298)

Broadworks - Resx that was missing for Basic report names (IVR and Call center) is now added.

Platform - Saved reports missing checkboxes for call specifications (AN-1268)

Added missing checkboxes for included grouping on schedule admin edit popup.

Platform - Public dashboard widgets absolute placement invalid vertical offset (AN-1263)

Fixed invalid vertical placement for absolute positioned widgets in public/shared dashboards.

Platform - API - possible to extract report data on inactive customer with API access disabled (AN1225)

Prevent customer level tickets to access data though the API for inactive customers.

Platform - Customer summary - Create CSV button does nothing (AN-1219)

The customer summary CSV export button did not work. This is now resolved.

Platform - Changing date in Basic reports sends an error message (AN-1218)

Resolved the issue with changing date for existing reports on the Basic report page.

Dstny Core - Forwarded calls specification redirected from when redirected by attendant group (AN-1184)

Now showing the correct caller ID in the From field in specifications.

UcaaS Sync - Sync updates Timezone on User (AN869)

UCaaS - Correct handling of timezone for users.
